TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE RESERVATION
Golf Arenka

1 DEFINITIONS

Services – services offered by the Service Provider, in particular:
– rental of golf simulator bays with TrackMan
– golf lessons using TrackMan simulators

Reservation – concluding an agreement between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient, the subject of which is the performance of a service at a specific time and for a specific price.

Service Recipient – a natural person with full legal capacity or another entity using the services.

Facility – Golf Arenka, ul. Grabiszyńska 251E, 53-234 Wrocław

Information System – a system enabling online reservations.

Electronic Communication Means – e.g., email.

Reservation Confirmation – an electronic document sent to the Service Recipient’s email address.

User Account – a panel for managing reservations.

2 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Terms specify the rules for reservation, cancellation, payment, and complaints.
Reservation is possible online or by email.
The Terms are available on the website.

3 RESERVATION

Reservation is made via an online form.
After reservation, the client receives an email confirmation.
Reservations longer than 2h may require a 50% prepayment.
No cancellation = obligation to pay.
Reservation of a trainer requires prior arrangement.

4 PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are given in PLN and include VAT.
Forms of payment:
– cash
– card
– bank transfer
– online payment (eService)

5 CANCELLATION

Cancellation possible up to 3h before.
Later – 50% fee.
Refunds up to 14 days.

6 COMPLAINTS

Complaints: rezerwacje@symulatorgolfawroclaw.pl
Deadline: 14 days.

7 AGREEMENT

The Terms constitute the full content of the agreement.
No right of withdrawal in accordance with the regulations.

8 PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
